How do I add back a prospect that bounced into the campaign?

Bounces are treated like a new prospect since they'll have a different email - just add them back into the same campaign to "try again" with their new email with  Sendbloom 1-to-1 in SalesforceGmail, or our Sidebar

If you're updating the prospect's email in Salesforce

When you update the primary address on the contact or lead in salesforce, simply add them back with  Sendbloom 1-to-1 right there from their lead or contact page.
