Add new template
Adding a new template to share with your team (or just for you) is as simple as naming your template, saving it to a folder and adding the subject and body of the template. Click New Template in Templates to get started.
- Click New Template
- Name: give your template a name so you'll remember it (ie Touch 1 - Managers/Directors)
- Folder: save your template down to one of your folders (or create a new one)
- Content: write the subject and body of your email (don't forget to add merge tags to make your template dynamic for multiple prospects)
- Click Save New Template
