Add new template

The basics

Adding a new template to  share with your team (or just for you) is as simple as naming your template, saving it to a folder and adding the subject and body of the template. Click New Template in Templates to get started.


In  Templates

  1. Click New Template
  2. Name: give your template a name so you'll remember it (ie Touch 1 - Managers/Directors)
  3. Folder: save your template down to one of your folders (or create a new one)
  4. Content: write the subject and body of your email (don't forget to add merge tags to make your template dynamic for multiple prospects)
  5. Click Save New Template
