Why wasn't my reply detected?

Users with Gmail emails

Sendbloom cannot detect replies if they are in your spam folder or deleted. Marking a reply in your spam folder as 'Not Spam' will allow Sendbloom to detect the reply. 

Users with Exchange emails

Sendbloom cannot detect replies if they are in your spam folder or deleted. If a reply comes to spam or is deleted before detected, manually remove them from the campaign to ensure they do not get the next follow up. 

Replies are only detected if they are in your inbox (not another folder or sub-folder within your Inbox). Once the reply has been detected (within 7 minutes of reply receipt), feel free to move your reply to another folder.

Pro tip: feel free to collect all of your replies in your inbox during the day and move them to your respective sub-folders at the end of the day.

Campaigns with Reply Detection turned off

If your campaign has Reply Detection turned off, Sendbloom will detect replies but will not remove prospects that reply from your campaign.  Campaigns with  Reply Detection turned off are designed to send all touches in your campaign to every prospect in your campaign.
