How do I add back a prospect that bounced into the campaign?

The basics
Bounces are treated like a new prospect since they'll have a different email - just add them back into the same campaign to "try again" with their new email with  Sendbloom 1-to-1 in SalesforceGmail, or our  Sidebar. You can also use the  Instant button within Sendbloom. 

If you're updating the prospect's email in Salesforce

When you update the primary address on the contact or lead in salesforce, simply add them back with  Sendbloom 1-to-1 right there from their lead or contact page.
